I came upon this accident just minutes after it happened, the injured rider was laying in the dirt on the right side of the freeway receiving aid from what appeared to be an off duty fireman, his motorcycle lay in the emergency lane on the opposite side of the freeway near the Hummer, though the story doesn't indicate it...I believe he may have possibly been run over by the Hummer or another vehicle in order for him and his bike to end up on opposite sides of the freeway.
